DryVent Mono Triclimate Jacket delivers waterproof layering versatility in all seasons
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"This jacket’s versatility is the reason it’s always in my rotation. The DRYVENT Mono shell keeps me dry in wet weather, and the inner insulated liner is surprisingly warm on its own. Together, they’re my go-to system for anything from shoulder-season hikes to unexpected powder days."
From drizzly commutes to alpine snow days, the DRYVENT Mono Triclimate Jacket adapts to every forecast. The North Face designed this system with a focus on sustainability and performance, combining a fully seam-sealed outer shell with a zip-in insulated liner. Whether worn together or separate, each layer offers dependable protection to match changing conditions.
We love the Mono shell for its waterproof DRYVENT™ 2L fabric and breathable construction—all made from 100% recycled polyester and treated with a non-PFC DWR finish to shed light rain and snow. The inner jacket adds toasty synthetic insulation and can be worn alone during cool, dry days. With its Circular Design, this system is made to be disassembled and recycled, closing the loop while opening new possibilities for everyday exploration.

heavyweight price for lightweight jacket
seems comfortable but outer fabric seems very thin and fragile, definitely not sturdy.

comfortable but fabric is nearly as thin as tissue paper
reasonably comfortable but lightweight almost delicate fabric is not my idea of sturdy. also would be better if there were more inside and outside pockets.

No pockets inside
My husband liked that it is warm minus the weight. He wished it had inner pockets just like the older jackets.
