Q: How long does a custom build take to complete, will it take longer than a boxed (non-custom) bike?
A: A boxed bike might ship quicker, but a custom build delivers a ride that’s truly yours. If you already know exactly what you want and everything’s in stock, we can submit your custom build in as little as 30 minutes. More often, the process takes a bit longer and may involve a few conversations—but that’s where our Gearheads come in.
