These pants fit perfectly and have a really clean, finished look for an athletic pant. Unfortunately, they stared pilling and looking worn the very first day I wore them. Very, very disappointing.

Versatile and comfortable pant
These were good in cooler weather and good for hotter humid weather. They are lightweight and a great hiking pant.

Fabric wrinkles easily; careful with pull string
Fit great but wrinkle so fast, just by sitting down; and if in dryer, the waist cinch string, even when securely knotted, comes undone and snags, gets wrecked. Disappointed. Waist string needs to be higher quality, fabric, too.

They get worse every year
I bought my first pair 3 years ago and fell in love with them. I bought another pair and then the shorts. Since then, the material has gotten cheaper and cheaper. It peels, frays, and feels less substantial. Can you please go back to the original material?!

5-star design, 1-star execution.
My 1st pair of these pants pilled after 5 months, the 2nd after 6 weeks. Come on NF, invest in better fabric. The style is perfect, but the material is of terrible quality. What a waste of money.
