Power Meter not working out of the box

I purchased this last week & the unit I received has not been sharing power data at any point. Followed all the setup steps installing the crankset, SRAM AXS app, and paring with Garmin 540. The Garmin receives cadence, and the AXS app shows the same cadence values, but neither displays any power output when riding for any amount of time. The crankset will wake up with a green light, then when you open the SRAM app the light blinks yellow then produces no more color. I've spent considerable time troubleshooting, including: Verifying the battery status (shows as "Good" in the AXS app). Performing manual and app-based calibration. Fully resetting the device (removing the battery, holding the AXS button for a reset). Re-pairing it with the AXS app and my Garmin. Attempting rides under torque to ensure the power meter is “awake.” Checking and confirming that the firmware is up-to-date (v1.4.2). Ensuring no interference or multiple connections to BLE/ANT+. Still no power data. The AXS app reports a communication error with the power meter. When the crankset is awake, and reopening the phone app a pop up shows "There was an error communicating with the device. Please wake up the device and try again" At this point, I’ve contacted SRAM support directly. But, to have to deal with this straight out of the box sucks.

Amazing Power Meter Cranks!

These new SRAM X0 Transmission T-Type Power Cranks are incredible. I love having the data schematics to compare the efforts I'm putting in on rides. They are not only half the price of the XX1 power meter cranks, but they are also more durable and they look incredible! Being made of aluminum rather than carbon fiber is a better option on a mountain bike where crank strikes on rocks and roots can occur. I have been impressed with their performance all summer and fall. These are highly recommended. Also, as a fun aside, they are compatible with my current Eagle X01 setup. You will need a 55mm Chainline on your bottom bracket if you are looking at getting it on a standard Eagle drivetrain. These were designed for the T-Type Transmission setup, but there is no performance loss with the standard SRAM chain and 10-52t cassette.
