Great boots!
Love these boots. Very comfortable and stylish. I wear between 6.5 and a 7. The 7 fit perfect.

Well made and will be great for rain or cool weather.
I ordered the ONA Ave in black. Usually wear a size 7 and ordered 7.5 to be able to wear thick socks and add an insole if needed since I am planning on wearing these in Europe this fall. They are very well made, sturdy and provide great support to my feet. I thought they were a little stiff the first two times I wore them and were a little difficult to put on but once on, they were comfortable. The more you wear, the more comfortable they get. Have not worn them in the rain but do not doubt they would be hold up great.

Beautiful boots, but not the right fit for people with high arches and standard width.
This is my second pair from this line, and unfortunately, they are not comfortable. I developed blisters on the sides of my feet, and the top of my foot was sore for days. I wanted to give them a second chance, but this is the first time I’ve had issues with Sorel boots. It seems the shape may not be ideal for people with high arches and a standard-width foot. After two wears, they still feel tight and uncomfortable, especially around the sides. They might break in over time, but so far, they’ve been painful to wear.

Great boots but not perfect for my narrow feet
I followed the size guide instructions and ordered a size 9. Much too big. I returned the 9s and ordered size 8. Tested the size 8 boots this week: walked to and from work, wore them the whole day, used thick socks because though the opening is narrow (I had to use a long shoe horn to put them on which I suggest others do). With no shoe laces or zipper, the vamp and the shaft can't be too narrow or it would be really hard to put the boots on and taken them off. The boots kept my feet comfortable - warm with a pair of my thicker socks, dry even in the past week's snow, sleet, and rain, and cushioned just enough. The arch support is modest but good enough. Just like the experience of another customer, the leather got scuffed. Since the uppers are made of leather, I've accepted that the scuffs are part of the look. The boots look great.

The best boot I’ve ever owned, bar none
I love, love, love these boots. I wear them almost every day. They’re so comfortable and stylish. I can stand all day and my feet don’t hurt. This is the boot I’ve been looking for all my life. Seriously debating getting another pair. Comfortable, waterproof, elegant, durable, tough, and a bit weird.

Cute but material questionable
Super cute shoe. Fairly comfortable. First day wearing them, I’ve had them on for 4 hours and no issues. I hit my toe on a cabinet and they cuffed/ripped so easily! I have never had this happen to me before. I’m a bit disappointed in that aspect.

The Cutest and Comfiest Boot
Ona Ave Waterproof Chelsea boots are so comfortable, fashionable and perfect fit! I’ve had trouble finding boots that I can wear heavy socks with and not feel pinched. This is my second pair of Sorel boots in 2 months-good things come in 3’s so one more pair to purchase!

Hopeful
They are cute and very comfortable once I have them on! I'm a bit concerned how the material will hold up over time. I have to pull fairly hard to get them on which creases the boot in several places and I'm worried what the boot will look like after enduring those tugs.

Cute and comfy but irregular
Super cute and comfortable but the right boot is significantly larger than the left. I bought my usual size, 8.5, and the left boot fits perfectly. The right boot floats around on my foot like it's a full size bigger. I checked the sizes in both shoes--they match. Never had a similar problem with other shoes so it's not my foot. Manufacturing issue with this size, at least.
