Breathable, UPF 50+ sun shirt with ActiveIce™ cooling for hot-weather adventures

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"This long-sleeve tee is a must for sunny days on the trail. The ActiveIce™ fabric keeps me cool as I sweat, and the UPF 50+ rating means I don’t have to worry about sunburn. It’s lightweight, breathable, and dries fast—perfect for hiking, paddling, or biking. The thumbholes and side slits add extra comfort and mobility, making it my go-to for full-day sun protection."

When the sun is relentless, we rely on the ActiveIce Spectrum Sun Long Sleeve Tee to keep us cool and protected. Featuring UPF 50+ sun defense and ActiveIce™ technology, this shirt actively cools as we sweat, keeping us comfortable on exposed trails, long paddles, and full-day climbs. The lightweight, breathable fabric wicks moisture and dries quickly, ensuring we stay fresh even in sweltering heat.

Designed for performance, this tee features a chafe-free construction with dynamic reach for unrestricted movement. Side slits at the hem improve ventilation, and thumbholes provide extra coverage and keep sleeves in place. Whether we’re covering miles on foot or exploring open water, this shirt is built for all-day sun protection and comfort.

Wore this shirt while touring john day fossil beds in the heat of the day. Very breathable, the shirt kept me as cool as possible in the heat!

Lightweight yet thick enough to block the sun and wind.

Breathable, lightweight, dries fast. Heavy enough to provide UV protection and protection from wind. Rolls up tight.

This is my favorite shirt

I'm outside and on/around/in the water a lot for work. I was looking for something that'd keep the sun off, dry quickly, and keep the kookiness to a minimum when going in and out of the office. This has become one of my go-to favorites. Will probably get one in every color.
