Love the product well-made made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the product well-made made and carries all my work gear well. The Jzipper is a feature I often use. I like the elastic pocket for my grab-and-go things like wallet and keys.

Super comfy and great quality!
Love this pack. It’s comfortable and spacious. Lots of neat features like the bottle pouch, organiser pocket and not having excess chest straps getting in the way make it perfect for commuting. Would have been nice to have a choice of more funky colours though! Highly recommended.

Perfect bag but not a true black
Love this bag! Perfect size as a daily carry backpack; sleek; doesn't stand out as being too outdoorsy - overall, it's a great alternative to carrying a purse. Plus, I am able to carry the essentials that are sometimes too large for a small sling. My only complaint is that the color is not black but more of a dusky, charcoal grey. If Osprey made it in "real" black, I would order a new bag!

Lifesaver!!
Been on the hunt for a bag that’s big enough for my 15. 6 inch laptop, charging cables, mouse, headset plus lunch, plus change of clothes as I cycle in, plus other bits and bobs and this fits all that and then some! My commute has become so much easier and the bag itself is so stylish and subtle, doesn’t look that big and bulky despite the load!

So much space! there are
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much space! there are 4 total compartments, 2 of which reach to the bottom, the one in the back (hidden by straps) is perfect for my ipad, and the smallest pocket holds all my emergency stuff! So comfy, highly recommend.

Impressed so far
After my previous osprey lasted 15yrs daily use before being retired I thought it was silly to move to another make. Quality seems good so far & bag is ideal for a work bag with the compartments how they are layed out.

Definitely good quality. When comparing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely good quality. When comparing the fabric to my brother’s Jansport, it’s clear where the extra cost is coming from.

Really wanted to love it - major design flaw
I really wanted to love this backpack, but it has a major design flaw. The backpack straps are attached to another piece of fabric that stretches across the top of the bag, not directly to the bag itself. As a result, the extra fabric/straps dig into your neck and shoulders when empty and fully loaded. If you loosen the bag, the extra fabric will lay flat, but the back of the backpack itself doesn't lie against your back. Super disappointed. I'm a relatively lean person (5'10, 140lbs), so maybe someone with a bigger upper body wouldn't have this issue, but I don't understand why they didn't attach the straps directly to the bag like their other packs. Sending back.

Sure, it carries my work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sure, it carries my work things with ease and always with room for more. But, I just learned this weekend that it can hold 18.2 lbs of books from a big ol' time at the thrift store - 27 total - without breaking my back. Distributes weight beautifully!
