Bad design, use extra caution when using

After having this suite for a couple years with minimal use the zipper teeth bent over and would not close w/o manually making sure each tooth was up and down; basically the glue or whatever holding the teeth in place failed. They would not warranty and charged me $275 for this repair. The rep told me that it is due to stress and that's why it would not be covered. To which I responded that your design is causing that stress. Additionally, they mentioned that you should have a second person zip you up... NOT an option and not great if they design/build something that isn't able to handle the stress of the intended use. This is just crap for a life and death piece of gear!
