Here's what customers have to say
The inflatable camping pillow is praised for its comfort, lightweight, and compact design. The unique X-shape provides good support, especially for back and side sleepers. Some users note it can be noisy and may lose air overnight, but overall it is considered an excellent value and a recommended item for campers and backpackers.

Just concluded an 8 day backcountry backpack trip and this pillow increased my comfort thru the whole trip! Very lightweight and incredibly easy to pack, with a design that makes it easy to rest your head on it.

For all the comforts of home when you’re in the wilderness this checks those boxes. I like how it is really small and weighs hardly anything. The design keeps your head from sliding off. It’s like the cherry on top when trying to get a good night sleep in the middle of nowhere.

Light and compact, does the job.
Owned this pillow for a few years now, packs up nice and small and takes up minimal room for hunting trips. Not the most comfortable and takes a bit to get used to, I found that if the pillow is deflated a tad your head sort of sinks in. It does slide around a fair bit and makes quite a lot of noise. If you wrap it in a soft shirt or jacket it definitely helps, also get used to sleeping on your back unless you like hearing the blood circulating round your head. But overall 100% better than a rolled up shirt.

Good product but not my favorite
I used this while bikepacking across Iowa for RAGBRAI for a week and it definitely got the job done but wasn’t the most comfortable. I found it a bit difficult to get my head settled comfortably within the seams but I did feel it provided decent support for the size. Super easy to inflate/pack down. If you are a side sleeper I wouldn’t recommend but pretty good for back sleepers who need to be mindful of size and weight.

Excellent addition to the backpacking gear. Way more comfortable than the bunched up shirt or jacket I used to use. Packs down super tiny.

It gets the job done.
I took this pillow with me on a 22 day Grand Canyon rafting trip in September and a 5 day trip last January. I really liked the pillow. I think it was a worth it winner for me in my pack. I felt like it was a piece of gear that I could count on to add some comfort without making me second guess brining it. I think it’s a lot more comfortable than using extra clothes as a pillow, and if you don’t blow it up all the way that is when it really shines. The only thing is its fabric isn’t the most comfortable. I have a sleeping bag system that accommodates this and held it in place, but it moving around and not being very soft on your face is a thing.

Hard on the neck, but packs down very easily. I have used this in the field multiple times, probably going to look for one without the channels in the middle of the pillow.

Its nice but too small
Its fine but its really small. When you are sleeping on a thin inflatable mat, it really doesn't raise your head up very much so your alignment is pretty poor. I should have probably thought about that before I bought it. It works fine and doesn't take much air to inflate, but its also not comfortable or supportive in the way you need it to be. Maybe for a toddler...?

Not comfortable
It's very small and lightweight, but it doesn't seem to work for me as intended. The bottom pushes on my neck and makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. My 14yo son tested it as well, and was complaining to me the next morning before I even said anything. The Klymit Drift memory foam pillow is way more comfortable.
