K2 built these with the most aggressive flex in their Recon lineup, giving us a tool that stays locked in under pressure and delivers every watt of power straight to our skis. The MultiFit last and Fastfit instep mean easy entry, while the BOA® Fit System dials in micro-adjustable tension across the lower shell—no hotspots, no guessing.

At the core is a fully heat-moldable Powerlite shell made from TPU, paired with a Powerfit Wrap BOA liner for a precision fit that holds up from bell to bell. Dual cuff alignment lets us tune stance to our anatomy, and GripWalk soles make the trek to the tram line or lodge more forgiving. When we’re charging off-piste or laying trench on-piste, the Recon 140's stiff flex, energy interlock, and Powerplate keep us in control.
