Long range boot socks for dry heat
Wore these for some time out at NTC, keeps my toes from cooking and the heels from tearing up, pretty good for a cheaper sock

These sock have changed...
I've worn the Hike+ Light Crew socks for about 10 years, maybe longer. I used to think they were the best socks in the world. I just ordered 3 pair of these and when they arrived I was very surprised that they completely redesigned them. They are now more like the Ultra Light socks, very thin stitching and fabric over the top of the foot. They are no longer soft and thick at all, the top part of the sock is so thin you can see through it. Very disappointed and wondering why Icebreaker messed with the best socks ever :(

I've owned many, many pairs of Icebreakers, and I absolutely love them. I'm a big fan of other brands like Darn Tough and Smartwool, but Icebreaker for me is a step above the rest. They're extremely comfortable, great at wicking away moisture, and come in pretty awesome colorways. Absolutely love the green color of mine, just took them on a 40 mile backpacking trip and they did fantastic. If they're anything like my other Icebreakers, they'll last for many years to come.

Great fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the men's socks (though I'm a woman) because I need space for my toes and read that the men's socks have even more space than the women's. I love the width and the weight, but the weave isn't quite as fine as the women's socks I love so much.
