Happy customer with replaced flask under warranty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal member during about 8 years. They stand behind their brand and warranty. I travel a lot and my bottle has been with me everywhere. Eventually it started to leak and not keep things cool or hot. I was finally able to submit a claim I was given the option to email the request with photos for replacement instead of having to mail it. So happy with it and sorry every penny to stand by their name. Will stay loyal no matter what other brand is out there.

Hydro Flask bottles are great!

Slim and great quality!
I finally found a flask I love! I like the slim size. The top is a screw off so I can drink from it- no straw, which is what I wanted. It keeps liquid cold for hours. I haven’t tried hot yet. And I love the color!
