As a normal average cyclist i was happy with this vest. I appreciate the back being all mesh as i run super hot. Its a great way to vent the heat out while still giving the core of my body wind protection on colder fall days so my body is happy. The vest is definitely a close fit so its not flapping in the wind. I normally get large cycling gear and this was true to my normal cycling size.
