Why We Like The Garmin Enduro 3 Sport Watch
We eat pain for breakfast, so naturally we wear Garmin's Enduro 3 Sport Watch. When set in max battery GPS mode, this watch cannot die as long as it can harness the power of the sun throughout the day, which means we finally met our match. Challenge accepted. The lighter construction features a titanium bezel and crystal face that protect against impacts and scratches, and a soft, stretchy nylon band that wicks and breathes for optimal comfort to enhance that barely-there feel. As we chew up and spit out miles, the SatIQ tech keeps our location locked, the grade-adjusted pace and heart rate metrics help us manage our effort, and the built-in LED flashlight keeps the lights on when the sun goes down.

Amazing fitness watch
I love this watch. Excellent battery life along with rechargeable using the UV from the sun to recharge! THIS WAS MY FIRST Garmin watch primarily for running and now will never use any other smart watch going forward.

Great Purchase
This watch has been awesome. Battery life is great, I get over 30 days per charge. The face size is a little large, but it doesn't look or feel bulky. I probably don't use all of its capabilities, but for my basic needs, it's perfect.

Solid Feature Set
Wanted best Solar performance. Getting it here. Great readability of the display, and a good bit of customization options by going 3rd party. Mapping very good and GPS performance is strong and fast. On the downside, band is an instant non-starter. Easily replaced. Manual is clunky. Solar Intensity - How to display... Manual is useless. Found it by accident. Also, lots of reports and "achievements" that have to be turned off.

Great watch and upgrade
Upgraded from a Fenix 6 pro solar, so having all the new features is great but so far the battery life is amazing.

Garmin Enduro 3 - Battery Beast!
I started my Garmin journey with the Fenix 6, then the Fenix 6X solar, then the Epix Pro Gen2, then the Venu X1, and now the Enduro 3. I've had the Enduro 3 for two weeks now, recorded a bunch of bike rides and walks, what an Amazing watch! The battery life is awesome! I'm at 14 days left of battery even with multiple GPS activities. Even coming from the AMOLED watches, the screen is crisp and easily viewable, even moreso during bright sunny days. I was getting full sun during my activities, and on my 2-3 hour bike rides the solar was actually making a difference. The data this watch records is always Garmin spot-on. Body Battery, Sleep Tracking, HRV, Pulse OX, the list goes on and on. Oh and did I mention the built in Flashlight. I absolutely love this watch!

Good watch.
Not sure if I have to much options going but I am not getting anywhere close to the battery life that was advertised. Watch is big but with the nylon strap it isn’t too heavy. But if you switch it out then the watch does feel heavy. Watch has been hit or miss on my sleep tracking. Overall it is a good watch.

The watch is great but the Connect app ruins it
The Garmin Enduro 3 is one of the most capable endurance sports watches I’ve used. The battery life is incredible, the GPS accuracy is rock solid, and it provides a huge range of performance metrics during training. On long runs, hikes, or multi-day adventures, the watch never lets me down. The build quality feels premium, the display is easy to read in all conditions, and the onboard features cover everything an endurance athlete could want. The problem is the Garmin Connect app. It feels like it hasn’t been updated in years. The interface is dated, cluttered, and unintuitive. Even simple tasks require too many steps. Creating a route, for example, takes about five separate actions buried in menus that are not logically organized. It’s frustrating, especially when other platforms make this quick and seamless. The overall design of the app looks old, with layouts and icons that feel like early smartphone software. Navigation is not natural, and there’s a steep learning curve for features that should be obvious. Garmin needs to take a page from Whoop’s playbook when it comes to interface design. Whoop’s app is clean, modern, and incredibly easy to navigate, with the important information front and center instead of buried behind layers of menus. When I compare Garmin Connect to something like the Coros app, the difference is huge. The hardware is outstanding, but the software makes me seriously consider switching. If Garmin redesigned the Connect app with a clean, modern interface and faster, more intuitive workflows—something closer to Whoop—they’d have an unbeatable combination. Until then, it’s amazing hardware paired with software that feels far behind the competition.

Great watch for fitness
I have everything apple but wanted to try this out because the battery life was better. I absolutely love this watch so much better. Only thing that I may miss is getting calls on my watch but I hardly ever used that feature anyway. Battery life is amazing.

Never looking back...
I have to admit, I was skeptical to purchase the Enduro 3 due to the size of this watch but despite my fears, I went ahead and jumped ship to the Enduro 3 from the Forerunner 945. First and foremost, is this watch big, yes... It's a bit thicker and of course, the watch face is a bit larger. Do I really notice? No... and the few times I have noticed, the additional features, insane battery life, better performance tracking & awesome strap make up for it immediately. This watch is a must have if you are serious about performance tracking or endurance sports. Love it!
