Size specifications not as stated

Ordered this based on the specifications listed in the tech specs. Bed arrived and it was 34” wide not 62” as listed. Contacted Backcountry and they sent a replacement. The replacement was also 34” wide. I contacted them again and they said I can just return product. I would like to receive the product I paid for as advertised.
