Here's what customers have to say
The reviews provide a mixed assessment of this frameless wheeled duffel bag. Many praised its large capacity, lightweight design, and versatility as both a duffel and backpack. However, several issues were consistently raised, including a thin, not very durable bottom that scuffs and develops holes easily, a lack of rigid frame and extendable handle that makes the bag difficult to roll and prone to tipping, a short handle length that is problematic for taller users, and quality issues like broken zippers and holes developing after minimal use. While the bag offers some appealing features, the consensus is that the frameless design compromises durability and ease of use, especially for frequent travelers.

Great bag for non-airline use.
I had a 110 L cargo hauler for about a dozen uses of various modes of travel (airline, car, boat), which worked well as a duffle, non-airline use. There are three issues with the base design at the wheels. 1) The bag handle is short for a 5' 9" person, 2) the two-wheel roller becomes unstable when pulled straight or over small bumps (tips over), and 3) the bag became damaged at the base due to airline excessive handling (see image). I would not recommend this bag for rolling due to instability and excess wear.

Not user friendly
Although this is more than adequate to hold a ton of gear, it is extremely difficult to manage. It has two wheels but it almost always ends up flipping over as you pull it. As a short woman, my arms aren’t long enough to get adequate space between my legs and the bag, so I am constantly hitting the bag with my foot. It does not travel well over gravel, cobblestone, or any uneven surfaces. And even on a hard surface it will still flip over on you. It was extremely challenging for me to handle this bag. I would not recommend it for any travel. It may work as a bag to take camping but using it in lieu of a spinner suitcase it is a non starter.

Bottom is too thin
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
One trip to the airport and already the bottom scuffed to the point there is a small hole. The bottom is not reinforced in any manner. I have 4 more flights this trip and I’m concerned the bag won’t make it home

I bought this bag for a multiple stop trip to Italy that would require maneuvering lots of stairs with my luggage. This bag is made of very durable material and cinches up nicely when fully loaded. The backpack feature is really nice but you couldn’t carry it fully loaded very long. The one downside is the rolling feature. It’s difficult to maneuver due to not having any structure and no extendable handle. If it gets just slightly off center or you hit a bump it flips over. This is not a good situation in a crowded airport or train station. Bonus: the smaller bag that comes with it is great fir shoes.

It gets the job done
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my 110L duffel for a 5 day trip and it performed well. Plenty of room for extra rain gear and golf gear along with everything else needed for an extra long weekend.

Cargo 110
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like that it rolls up into a small form when empty. Very useful when the load on one leg of a trip is larger, like from shopping. A little bit uncomfortable to roll for a tall person.

Too gimmicky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main issue is the bag does not have a handle so it makes it hard to pull using the wheels. I would like the bottom to unzip or to have another compartment or two. It only has one small compartment.

Great Bag!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been traveling for nearly a month with our new eagle Creek bag and it's been fantastic. The peel back flap is a game changer, and everything about it feels solid and well made.

Great unique bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all the features of carry vs roll vs backpack straps. Straps can tighten up to accommodate less full loads. Modern look that doesn't look like tranditional luggage
