Main Walking Show for a Scotland Trip!
I needed to replace the Chacos that I have had for years before going to Scotland. I received my new pair in time to wear them for miles and miles of walking every day for 11 days. Super comfortable as soon as I got them and will work to wear this second pair completely out as I did the first.

Well made but not supportive enough
I dont care fir hiw open the inside foot is. I think the straps should cover this area for better support. My forefoot tends to slide sideways and my feet are medium to wide.

Not worth your $$$$
Strap tail is so long I have to walk on it with every step! I hate this and won’t buy this brand again. There are literally thousands of complaints on internet about this dangerous feature yet nothing has been done to remedy!

Disappointment
I tried to return these but unfortunately missed the deadline by one day. The looseness of the fit is unbearable. The footbed feels cheaply made — my last pair was purchased in 2022 and it seems the quality has declined. I’d like to have my mind changed, but again, no return offered. I specifically chose this style for the recommended “hiking/trekking” Um, no. Of 3 pairs of Chacos I’ve owned this is the most disappointing and I will be switching to a different brand.

How do you clean a white sole?
Love this the Z1 sandal and love the cloud version. I have over 20. I custom ordered a white sole and I have tried every single product and I can’t get it clean! How do you clean a white sole?

Great sandals for even the toughest customer
I struggle to find a sandal that sits behind my toe line. I have a couple of toes on my foot that have required surgery and they are my challenge. These sandals are comfortable, cute and my feet are well supported. I look down to make sure I really have shoes on!!

Discolored
The white strap has some discoloration to it. It should be white, and it has yellowed to more of a cream color just on one of the straps, and not the whole strap. I would’ve returned them, but it was a close out and there was no more in the size my wife wears.
