Good mittens

I purchased the gray mittens and they are just as advertised - warm and waterproof. The snow has yet to soak through even though the outside of the mittens have been sopping wet. The fleece is nice and soft and unlike other reviewers, it does not cause my hands to overheat or sweat.

Mittens start to smell.

I love these mittens and they keep my hands very warm. However, because they are waterproof and warm, your hands will sweat. It takes 5-7 days to get the inside to dry if sitting on a heat vent. After a while, they start to smell. The only cleaning recommended is spot cleaning. Agent does not recommend putting in washer or drier. Very dissatisfied as they essentially become in usable after several earrings due to the moisture in the inside.

Warm, warmer, warmest

I like them. They hold my hand warmers and keep my whole hand warm. I am using rechargeable warmers and they with mittens are great.

Quilts Mitt is Great!

These are definitely very warm mittens, which is what I was looking for. Glad I was able to get the smallest size (I’m a female with small hands) in the pretty cranberry color. They’re a good fit. My only complaint is that these are not machine washable at all, only spot clean. But I have no complaints with the quality, fit, comfort and warmth. So glad I decided to give them a try.

Unfortunately no good

Wore them once for about an hour shoveling snow. I bought a large, I have long fingers and like my mittens to be roomy. They were great, no complaints. Kept my hands very warm and dry. Until, I went to put them in again and the seam was coming apart at the side. I called customer service, my first option was to send them back for repair, which could take up to a month. My second option was to return them and reorder. They didn’t have the color I wanted but I settled anyway. They could offer my a small percentage off or partial expedited shipping. The rep could have cared less. Put me on hold a dozen times and ultimately after the 4th hold for several minutes, I hung up. Returned to the store and will not buy another product again. Sales reps are just so rude, I felt I was bothering them. Anyway, overall I don’t recommend due to the lack of longevity.
