Great company!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original cap cracked. Went online to buy a new one and called to confirm size. They replaced for free! Love that they did not change sizes so you could replace the lid(sI). New one is a bit tougher to screw on but fits and does not leak. I do wish they offered my original cap - it was attached to the bottle neck.

Lovely

This is great size for everyday around the house but if you’re someone who plays sports or hikes you might want to size up. Great color. I recommend pairing with the wide mouth stainless steel lid if you’re staying away from micro plastics.

I wanted to love it, but it made me cry.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this so much. But for any one who can't stand the scraping metal sound (like two forks stuck together, or someone biting their fork, etc. ), this will drive you bonkers. I had to order a regular black wide cap lid to replace it and just deal with the gunkiness that comes with the plastic/rubber lid. The silence when closing it is worth it. I found myself drinking less water because I didn't want to hear the sound of the stainless steel unscrewing and screwing back on. If you're ok with this sound, then it will be great for you!

Wide Mouth Flex Cap

Just one twist to open & one to close and secure. Love it for both hot and cold drinks. Highly recommend.
